- 2 Large eggs

- 2 1/4 C Flour
- 1 pkg Hershey's Special Dark chocolate pudding mix (3.4oz)
- 1/4 C Dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Milk
- For the mousse
- 2 C Heavy whipping cream
- 1 C Powdered sugar
- 1/4 C Hershey's Special Dark chocolate pudding mix (3.4oz)
- 1/2 C Milk
- 1/4 C Chocolate shavings
- 1/2 can Cherry pie filling (21 oz can)

- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter
- 3 1/4 cups (20 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 extra-large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup (4 ounces) chopped walnuts
- 2 to 3 tablespoons heavy cream

- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 24-30 Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures
- 1/3 c. sugar, for rolling

Lemon Blueberry Coffee Cake - easy lemon blueberry cake with crumb topping
- for the cake:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/4 cup + 2 teaspoons vegetable or canola oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 can blueberry pie filling ( I used Premium Blueberry Pie Filling from Lucky Leaf )

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 egg, beaten
