- 14 ounce sweetened and condensed milk
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- Topping
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powder sugar

- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter, softened
- 3 TBS thawed frozen margarita concentrate
