- 280 grams (2 cups) plain flour
- 80 grams (1 cup) cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 300 grams (1 and 1/2 cups) caster sugar
- 90 grams (1/2 cup) brown sugar
- 240 ml (1 cup) buttermilk
- 180 ml (3/4 cup) vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 240 ml (1 cup) hot water
- Peanut butter frosting
- 230 grams (1 cup or 2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 250 grams (1 cup) smooth peanut butter
- 435 grams (3 and 1/2 cups) icing or powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 150 grams (1 cup) Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped in half

Red, White and Blue-Berry Pie

Fresh fruit and light whipped topping are the perfect pairing for this red, white and blue summer treat
- 1 Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 2 cups fresh or frozen (thawed, drained on paper towels) blueberries
- 1/2 cup blueberry preserves, heated
- 2 cups frozen (thawed) whipped topping
- 1 pint (2 cups) strawberries, sliced
- 6 oz raspberries
Lemon Icebox Pie

- 1 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 14 graham crackers)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice (6-8 lemons)
- 2 14 oz cans sweetened condensed milk
- 8 large egg yolks
- 2 tbsp finely grated lemon zest
- 8 oz Cool Whip or Homemade Whipped Cream for topping, optional

- 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding

- 1 cup chocolate chips, milk or semi sweet
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 16 oreo cookies, broken into pieces (I used double stuff)
