Piri Piri Sauce

Heat oil on medium to low setting
- 1/2 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 sweet red pepper
- 2 tsps salt
- 70 ml white wine
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 4 to 8 hot chiles, depending on the heat, chopped
- 2 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp oregano

- 2 hearts of romaine, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)

- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 2 tsp. dried oregano

- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
