1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
- 300 g good-quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 200 g unsalted butter
- 4 eggs, separated
- 3/4 cup (165g) caster sugar
- 1/4 cup (60g) almond meal
- 3 tbs plain flour, sifted
- 1 tbs cocoa powder, sifted
- 100 g white chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125ml) strong espresso coffee
