1. In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, chicken, garlic, Simply Asia Kung Pao Stir-Fry Sauce and onion
- 12 oz of soft cream cheese
- 1 bag (8 ounces) of Grilled and Ready Chicken, diced small
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- 3 tablespoons Simply Asia Kung Pao Stir-Fry Sauce
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 30 wonton wrappers
Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter Cupcakes

1. Adjust oven rack to lower-middle position and preheat to 350 degrees F
- Ingredients for Peanut Butter Frosting:
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Russian Cherry Cake

- Ingredients for Russian cherry cake:
- 15 large eggs, whites and yolks separated, at room temperature
- 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 and 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder (I used dutch cocoa)
- Ingredients for Syrup:
- 21 oz country cherry pie filling/ topping
- 1 3/4 cups cold water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Ingredients for Frosting:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (boiled 1 hr)
- 3 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- Chocolate shavings and cordial cherries for decor, optional
Mascarpone Cheesecake with Roasted Cashew Crust and Passion Fruit Caramel Sauce

Ultra-rich mascarpone in the batter produces an extraordinarily creamy cheesecake
- crust:
- 1/2 cup salted roasted cashews
- 1/4 cup (packed) golden brown sugar
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) chilled unsalted butter, cut into 1/2-inch-cubes
- 1 large egg yolk
- Filling:
- 28-ounce packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cupsugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- 28-ounce containers mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cupsour cream
- 4 large eggs
- topping:
- Passion Fruit Caramel Sauce (click for recipe)
- Sliced tropical fruits (such as papaya, mango, and pineapple)
Molten Buttered Rum Cakes

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray bottoms and sides of 3 (6-ounce) custard cups with baking spray with flour

- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips (3 oz)
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 teaspoon rum extract
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
Red Velvet Pancakes

For the Pancakes: Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa and salt in a large mixing bowl
- For the Pancakes:
- 2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (1/2 of a stick) + more to grease the griddle or frying pan
- 3 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- Red food coloring (about 2 mini squeezy bottles worth)
- For the Frosting:
- 12 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Anise Glazed Cookies

1. Combine flour, baking powder, anise seed and tarter and form into well on table
- 8 Cups Flour
- 6 tbs. Baking Powder
- 7 Eggs
- 1 1/4 Cups Sugar
- 1/2 lb Margarine
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Warm Water
- 1 tsp. Anise Seed OR 6 Drops Anise Oil
- 1 tsp. Cream of Tarter

- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda

- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 2 cups (about 1 pound) grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 (16-ounce) container cream cheese frosting
