Pumpkin Crumb Cake

To make the crumb layer, combine the sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl
- FOR THE CRUMB LAYER:
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- FOR THE CAKE LAYER:
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 cups Unsweetened Pumpkin Puree (canned Is Fine)
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 1/4 cups Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic

- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard (don't use yellow mustard)
