Triple Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies are thick and chewy
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 (8-ounce) bag Reese’s mini peanut butter cups, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup peanut butter morsels

In a half pint (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup
- 1/4 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup (or substitute any preferred sweetener)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (unsweetened canned pumpkin)
