1 Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 3 cups firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 cups unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup uncooked regular oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 (2.07-oz.) chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat bars, chopped (we tested with Snickers)
- 1 (14-oz.) can dulce de leche*

Crush the Vanilla Wafers and Pecans together in a zip-lock bag or food processor (not too fine but crushed well)
- Remember... Make at least 4 – 5 days before you want to eat these. They need to sit and ferment for best results and taste.
- 1 Box Vanilla wafers
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 1/4 Cup Icing Sugar (or substitute 1 1/4 cup sugar + 1/4 tsp cornstarch – put in blender and blend on high speed for 60 seconds)
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar-
- couple dashes of cinnamon, couple dashes of nutmeg
- 1/2 Cup Spiced Rum (or whatever liquor you want)
- 2 Tbsp white corn syrup (Karo syrup)

1.Place almonds in a food processor, and process until finely ground
- 5 ounces slivered almonds without skins (1 cup)
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, plus more for work surface
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- 2/3 cup fruit jam of your liking (I used strawberry)

Cook the fusilli according to package directions, omitting the salt if desired
- 3/4 lb whole wheat fusilli
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/4 pound)
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (fresh ground)
- 1 cup half-and-half (fat-free)
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 tbsp stick butter (light)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup pecorino romano cheese (grated)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- pecorino romano cheese (shaved pecorino romano cheese for garnish optional)
- I only had w/w spaghetti noddles, I used ww flour & only had a Parmesan & Romano cheese. I also add in some steamed broccoli **

- Cupcakes:
- 110 grams softened, unsalted butter
- 110 grams sugar
- 2 eggs
- I tsp vanilla extract
- 100 grams plain flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Filling:
- 6 raspberries
- Prepared sachet of raspberry jelly
- Prepared custard (out of a tin, sachet, pot, you choose!)
- Small pot of double cream - whipped
- 1 Flake, crumbled
