Preheat oven to 400. In a deep fryer or electric skillet, heat up oil to 350 degrees
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour, plus 2 tbsp
- 2 to 3 cups pasta of your choosing
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 to 1 cup bread crumbs, optional
- 2 medium chicken breasts

- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

Separate each tube of breadsticks into six sections but leave coiled
- 2 tubes (11 ounces each) refrigerated breadsticks
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup pie filling - cherry, blueberry, peach
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons water
Hearty Black Bean Soup

In a 3 quart slow cooker, combine the first 12 ingredients
- 3 medium carrots, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 celery ribs, thinly sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (30 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cans (14 1/2 ounces) chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 can (15 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- Hot cooked rice

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, boiled and shredded (or 4 12.5-oz cans of chicken breast, shredded)
- 1 12-ounce bottle of hot sauce
- 2 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
- 1 16-ounce bottle of Ranch dressing
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese (or a combination of both)

- 8 8 8 ounces bulk turkey sausage
- 1 1 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 3 3 3 medium Yukon Gold or red potatoes (1 pound), peeled, quartered and thinly sliced

- 1 1 1 pint low-fat cottage cheese, preferably small curd

- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

- 2 cups water
