In skillet, melt butter over medium high heat; cook mushrooms, celery, onions and nuts for 3-4 mins
- Stuffing:
- 1 large trout, cleaned
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup minced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. minced celery, minced onions
- 2 tbsp. pine nuts or slivered almonds
- 1 slice bread, cubed
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Oil and Vinegar Dressing for Cobb Salad

Mix ingredients together
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. mixed herbs: oregano, thyme and basil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Indian Spiced Chicken and Rice

Bring large pot of water to boil and add rice
- 1 1/2 cups Basmati rice
- 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. each: ground cumin, ground coriander and turmeric
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut into 1" pieces
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 oz. green beans, trimmed and sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2-3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. sliced fresh mint or cilantro
Mighty Garlic Dressing

- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper and sugar
Strawberry Lemon Twist with Pinot Grigio

- 1 750ml bottle Barefoot Pinot Grigio
- 4 ounces Strawberry Rum
- 8 ounces Lemonade from frozen concentrate - thawed
- 2 lemons - thin sliced
- 2 cups fresh strawberries - sliced
- Club soda - optional
Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps

Toss ingredients together until combined
- 1 pkg. of cooked ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 1/8 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup cucumber and red pepper, julienned
- Boston/Romaine/Iceberg lettuce leaves, washed and dried
- 1/4 cup almond slices, if desired
DIY Fresh Italian Dressing

Whisk garlic, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, pepper flakes and vinegar in a medium bowl
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp dried mustard
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or chili flakes for spicy version!)
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. coarse salt
- 1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh marjoram
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh oregano

- 1 pound Homemade Pizza Dough (see recipe) (or purchased pizza dough)
- 2 teaspoons butter melted
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chocolate icing

- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 3 oz. chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 3-4 tbsp. milk
