Ingredients

    pkg. of cooked ramen noodles

    tbsp. oyster sauce

  • 1

    tsp. dark sesame oil

  • 1/8

    tsp red chili flakes

  • 1/4

    cup grated carrot

  • 1/4

    cup cucumber and red pepper, julienned

  • Boston/Romaine/Iceberg lettuce leaves, washed and dried

  • 1/4

    cup almond slices, if desired

Directions

Toss ingredients together until combined. Spoon into lettuce leaves and fasten with toothpicks.
