Spicy Orange Chicken

1. Remove peel and white membrane from 1 of the oranges
- 2 oranges
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 2 10 ounce package baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 1/2
- teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/8 - 1/4 1/8 - 1/4
- teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast strips
- 1/4 1/4
- teaspoon salt
- 1/4 1/4
- teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
