Old Kentucky Bourbon Marinade

- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup canola or corn oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. coarsely ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. spicy brown mustard
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

Turkey Tenderloin with Balsamic Sauce

- For the Balsamic Sauce -
- 1/2 c diced onion
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 c balsamic vinegar
