A lighter version of the classic dish Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 12 (3-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 slices lean deli ham, cut in half
- 6 slice Sargento reduced fat Swiss cheese, cut in half
