- 1 cup (1/2 pt.) heavy cream
- 4 ounces mascarpone cheese or cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 Put cauliflower, onion, celery and chicken stock in crockpot
- 2 (16 ounce) bags frozen cauliflower
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- salt
- pepper
- Optional if you like spicey add a couple chopped up jalopeno's.
