Heat the sesame oil in a small saucepan
- 1 1/ 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 / 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 / 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 / 2 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 / 8 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 / 2 tsp. salt
- 1 / 4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/ 2 tsp. lemon or lime juice
- 1 1/ 2 tsp.cornstarch
- 1 Tbs. rice wine or sherry
Swedish Meatballs

NOTES: Make 10lb Ground Beef to make 155 meatballs
- 1 cup fine bread crumbs (3)
- 1 cup milk (3)
- 2 lbs ground beef (10lb)
- 1 cup finely chopped onion (1.5 cups of fine onion. Use salsa maker) Add onion little at a time to make sure don't add too much)
- 2 eggs, beaten (6)
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (4)
- 1/2 tsp pepper (1.5)
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg (2 tsp)
- 1 tsp worcheshire (3)
- 1/2 cup butter (Use enough butter for cooking) I used 3 pans to cook then combine drippings when making gravy)

- 3 beef bouillon cubes (9)
- 3 cups hot water (9)
- 3 cups half and half (9)
