Double Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

Directions Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

- 1 cup cocoa
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 10 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Daisy Brand Sour Cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or an airtight container (stirring or shaking to combine)
- 4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Paprika

- 38 Nabisco ginger snaps
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

- 4 - 8oz pkg of cream cheese, softened

Bailey's Irish Cream

Instructions Combine all ingredients in a blender and set on high speed for 30 seconds
- Ingredients
- 1 cup light cream (I used heavy whipping cream, which made it even richer)
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 2/3 cup Irish whiskey (I used Jameson's)
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond extract (I skipped this entirely)
Antipasto Kabobs

Place the cooked tortellini in a bowl or large gallon freeze bag
- Makes 60
- 1 9 oz package of Three Cheese Tortellini ,(I used Buitoni )cooked to package directions
- 1 can Medium or Large pitted Black Olives
- 1 5.75 oz jar Green Olives
- 2 12 oz containers of marinated mozzarella balls(usually found near the speciality cheeses)
- 30 slices of Salami, cut in half
- 60 pieces of pepperoni
- 1 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing (store bought or homemade), I used Paul Newmans( he and my Dad used to race cars together)
- 60 Skewers How ever many you want to make. I had to cut mine in half
Chicken Piccata

Season cutlets with salt and pepper and lightly dust with flour
- Deglaze:
- Chicken breasts - no skin
- wrap breast in saran wrap
- pound cutlets 1/4 " thick using flat end of mallet. Soft gentle pound
- Season cutlets with salt and pepper; dust with flour. Shake off excess flour.
- Saute in 2 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Add:
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp capers
- Finish:
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Fresh lemon slices
