Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Combine the figs, simple syrup and brandy in a small saucepan

Sausage Eggplant Lasagna

(1) Preheat half of the grill to high heat, and the other half to more moderate heat
- 1 Large Eggplant
- 1 - 2 cups Tomato Sauce (jarred or homemade)
