Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- Coarse salt
- 1 large French bread loaf (or 2 small loaves)

- 1/4 * 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 * 2 cups chopped onion
- 2 * 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 12 * 12 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 12 * 12 cups dry bread cubes
- 1 * 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage
- 1 * 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 1/2 * 4 1/2 cups chicken broth, or as needed
- 2 * 2 eggs, beaten
Croissant Breakfast Casserole

1. Split croissants in half and place bottoms cut side up in one layer in a rectangular casserole
- 4 plain croissants
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1 cup warm water (105 F to 115F)
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp salt

- 2- 28oz cans of tomatoes (1 whole, 1 crushed)
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1- anaheim pepper (use other hotter peppers to taste)
- 1- bunch green onions, sliced
- 3/4 bunch cilantro, leaves only, chopped
- 1/2-1 lime (juice only)

- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. ground ginger
- 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
- 3 T. butter, softened
- 3 T. granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 container (16 ounces) prepared vanilla frosting, or homemade frosting
