Macaroni and Cheese Ham Pie

1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 10-inch or 9 1/2-inch glass deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray
- 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (12 oz)
- 1 cup cubed cooked ham
- 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni (3 1/2 oz)
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Mashed Baked

Preheat oven to 350 Bring a pot of water to the boil and add the hash browns
- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 (7.6-ounce) package butter and herb mashed potato mix
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups prepared French-fried onion rings

- 1 can Cherry Pie Filling
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Chocolate-Covered OREO Cookie Cake

- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) devil's food chocolate cake mix 4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 12 OREO Cookies, coarsely crushed

In a medium saucepan, sauté rice, onion, green pepper and garlic in hot oil until the rice is golden
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1 C uncooked rice
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1/2 C chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 C vegetable juice cocktail
- 1 C chicken broth
- 1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Whole Tomatoes & Green Chilies
A-1 Zesty Lemon Steak

In small bowl, combine steak sauce, lemon peel, garlic and pepper; brush on both sides of steaks
- 1/3 cup 78ml A-1 - (r) steak sauce
- 2 teaspoons 10ml Grated lemon peel
- 1 Garlic - minced
- 1/4 teaspoon 1.3ml Black pepper - coarsely ground
- 4 Beef - (4-6 oz) shell or strip steaks, about 1" thick

Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over high heat
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 pound boneless top sirloin steak, thinly sliced into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 (12-ounce) bag fresh mixed vegetables stir-fry medley
- 1 (6-ounce) pack sliced mushrooms
- 1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 pack stir-fry seasoning mix
- Steamed instant white rice, for serving
