Pineapple Upside-Down Biscuits

- 1 (10-ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, at room temperature

Baked Potato Soup

- 2 large or 3 medium baking potatoes, baked or microwaved
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 can (14.5 fl. oz.) chicken broth
- 1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- Cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions (optional)

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cups cornmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Cajun Pot Roast with Maque Choux (Cooking for Two)

1 Rub entire surface of beef roast with Cajun seasoning
- 1to 1 1/2 lb boneless beef chuck roast
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup frozen whole kernel corn (from 9 oz box)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- Dash pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
Buffalo Wild Wings Spicy Garlic Sauce

- 1 cup Frank's red hot sauce
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Orange Crunch Cake

1 Heat oven to 350°F (dark or nonstick pans are not recommended)
- Cake
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (15 squares)
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® yellow cake mix
- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
- 1 1/4 cups orange juice
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- Orange slices, if desired

- 1 container (12 oz) Betty Crocker® Whipped vanilla frosting
- 2 cups frozen (thawed) whipped topping

Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat
- 1 24 ounce to 2 pound piece porterhouse or rib-eye steak
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 3 turns of the pan
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed away from the skins
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 12 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1/3 stick pepperoni, casing removed, then chopped, optional
- 1/2 cup dry red wine, eyeball it
- 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup grated cheese, Parmigiano or Romano
