Santa Fe Chicken Casserole

Swiss Steak Supper

- 11/2 lbs. been boneless round steak, cut into 6 serving pieces
- 1/2 tsp. peppered seasoned salt
- 6 to 8 new potatoes, cut into fourths
- 11/2 c. baby-cut carrots
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano, (141/2 oz.) undrained
- 1 jar home style beef gravy (12 oz.)

- 1/4 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Fat Free Milk
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup plain, dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup (.75 ounce) BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 4 (about 1 1/4 pounds total) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Randy's BBQ Sauce

Combine all ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 med. onion finely chopped
- 1 med. bell pepper finely diced
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic minced

Wild Wings Asian Zing Sauce

Total Time: 30 mins 1 Dissolve corn starch in rice wine vinegar in a small bowl and set aside
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chili-garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced (I use garlic powder)

- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro or Parsley
