Spicy Chicken Cheeseballs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper
- 3 cups all purpose baking mix
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons Tapatio Salsa Picante hot sauce
- 4 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- dash or salt and pepper
Grilled Chorizo Panini Sandwich

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- by 2 people
- 4 fresh poblano chile peppers*
- 16 ounces uncooked chorizo sausage links(optional)
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 bolillos or individual French rolls
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 8 ounces shredded queso asadero or Monterey Jack cheese (2 cups)
- 1/2 cup purchased refrigerated avocado dip (guacamole)
Strawberry Salad & Cinnamon Vinaigrette

Dressing: Combine all ingredients in jar
- Dressing:
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. raspberry vinegar
- 3 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Salad:
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, torn up
- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 pt. strawberries, quartered
- Small red onion, peeled & thinly sliced (optional)
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
- Medium avocado, peeled & diced
Glazed Sesame Chicken with Mushrooms and Bok Choy

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 3 1/2- to 4-lb. chicken
- 7 ounces shiitake mushrooms, stemmed
- 4 heads baby bok choy, halved, or quartered if large
- 4 scallions, thinly sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Creamy Chicken Artichoke Lasagna

HEAT oven to 350°F. COMBINE chicken, artichokes, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup tightly packed fresh basil, chopped, divided
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked

- 8 new potatoes (3/4 lb.), 1-1/2 inch
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cooked, crumbled

- 2 1/2 c regular all-purpose flour, unsifted
- 1/2 c cocoa
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Senate Bean Soup

- 1 pound dried navy beans, picked over
- 1 pound ham (preferably with bone)
- 1 large russet potato, peeled and quartered
- Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
