  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • Pinch salt
  • 4 lbs. tart apples (Granny Smith, Jonathan), peeled & cut into 8 wedges each
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, cut-up
  • 2/3 c. rolled oats, uncooked
  • 2/3 c. chopped pecans

In a bowl, combine the chicken, garlic, soy sauce, hoisin and hot sauce

  • 12-oz. chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp. GRANULATED GARLIC POWDER
  • 1-2 TB. soy sauce (we used reduced sodium)
  • 1-2 TB. hoisin sauce
  • 1-2 tsp. sriracha or your favorite hot sauce, to taste
  • 2-4 TB. oil, divided
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped (1/2 tsp. PENZEYS MINCED GARLIC)
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced into coins
  • 1 Cup broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup chopped tomatoes, 1 medium or a dozen grape tomatoes
  • 1 small head bok choy, chopped
  • 1-2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1-2 tsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 medium zucchini or yellow summer squash, halved lengthwise and sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 large red, yellow, and/or green sweet pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons pesto
  • 1 12 inch loaf ciabatta bread, cut in half horizontally
