Chocolate Chai Tea

Pour boiling water over tea bags in large saucepan
- 1 &1/3 c. boiling water
- 3 tea bags
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 &2/3 Tbs. cocoa powder
- 5 &1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/3 tsp. ground cardamon
- Heavy whipping cream (optional)
Chocolate Bavarian Cream Pie

For the crust: Combine the sugar, graham cracker crumbs, COCOA and melted butter and mix well
- Crust:
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. NATURAL COCOA POWDER
- 1/3 Cup butter, melted
- Filling:
- 8 oz. semi sweet chocolate
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 Cup cold water
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 8 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
- 2 Cups milk
- 2 Cups heavy whipping cream
Pumpkin Muffins

Preheat oven to 375°. Sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, CINNAMON, ALLSPICE and CLOVES
- Topping:
- 2 1/2 Cups flour
- 2 Cups sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 TB. PENZEYS CINNAMON
- 1/4 tsp. GROUND ALLSPICE
- 1/4 tsp. GROUND CLOVES

- 2 TB. sugar

Honey Lime Vinaigrette

1 Whisk together lime juice, honey, garlic powder, cumin, salt & cayenne pepper
- 4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons mild honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

In frypan, cook chicken and onion together in oil over medium-high heat until chicken is just done

- 1 medium onion, chopped

Fried Cabbage with Sausage

- 3 Tbs butter or margarine
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound polish sausage or kielbasa, sliced into round pieces
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- few drops of hot sauce (optional)
Swedish Vanilla Bread

Place the milk and butter into a medium saucepan and bring up to just under a boil
- 1 cup (250ml) milk
- 1/2 stick (50g) butter
- 1 vanilla pod (or 2 tsp vanilla extract or paste)
- 3 + 1/3 cups (500g) plain flour
- 1 tsp dried yeast
- 1/4 cup (50g) caster sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg, beaten for glazing (optional)
