To make pasta, put flour on work surface
- PASTA
- 4 cups whole wheat flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 1/2 cups warm water, approximately
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- cornmeal, for dusting
- SAUCE
- 1 (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Ground Turkey
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 6 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 5 sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- FILLING
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves, chopped
- 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 1 cup fat-free shredded mozzarella cheese

Mist a skillet with oil and brown raw turkey, onions and green pepper over medium heat
- 1 pound (454 grams) ground turkey breast (raw)
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup natural ketchup
- 1 (8 ounce) can no-salt added tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce

- 1 cup butter or dairy-free Earth Balance

- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 dash hot sauce
- Salt, to taste

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey (or sugar)
- pinch of kosher or sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper to taste ◦optional twist: add a couple drops of sesame oil and toasted sesame seeds to dressing

- 1 medium red onion, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 red pepper, seeded and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into bite-size pieces

- 2 tablespoons (or more) chili powder
- 2 (28-ounce) cans low-sodium chopped tomatoes
- 1 (16-ounce) can chili beans
- 1 (16-ounce) can white beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (16-ounce) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- Dash hot sauce
