- 1 lime, juice of, small
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- salt & pepper, to taste

If you've ever seen a clone recipe for KFC Cole Slaw floating around on the Internet it probably looks like this
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 cups finely chopped cabbage (about 1 head)

- 10 cups cold water
- 1 Honeybaked ham bone
- 2 bay leaves

1] Preheat oven to 425 degrees 2] Wash and dry one 16 oz atlantic salmon filet
- 16 oz Salmon Filet with skin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1 TBSP honey
- 1 tsp minced ginger root
- 1 TBSP minced onion (optional) can use 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp minced garlic (optional) can use 1 tsp garlic powder

In bowl, combine ground turkey, oats, egg, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic powder and salt
- 1 (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 (4-ounce) can sliced jalapeño peppers, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 slices JENNIE-O® Turkey Bacon, cooked and cut into 1/4- pieces
- 2 teaspoons olive oil

1. Adjust oven rack to lower position and preheat oven to 250°F
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 pounds beef shins or oxtail
- 1 pound beef or veal soup bones
- 1 large carrot, peeled and roughly chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 stalks celery, roughly chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 large onion, peeled and roughly chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 (750 milliliter) bottle dry red wine
- 2 bay leaves
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 4 parsley stems
- 1 quart homemade or store-bought low-sodium chicken stock
- 1 standing rib roast (prime rib), 3-12 pounds (see note above)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablspoons unsalted butter

- 48 ounces frozen pizza crust dough, thawed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
