  • Sausages of choice, cut into 1 1/2" chunks on the diagonal
  • I used two PC Turkey BBQ sausages with parsley from the deli counter. It would need to be some kind of already smoked sausage to work in the ActiFry, not a fresh Italian sausage for instance. Smokies should work, etc.
