- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 small carrot, peeled and diced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Puy lentils
- 1 1/2 cups organic vegetable or chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped, stemmed kale
- 3 tablespoons (28 grams) golden raisins
- 3 tablespoons (21 grams) chopped walnuts, toasted
CAKE-Chocolate Mug Cake

*In* a small mug, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt until no lumps remain
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar (or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon oil

- 15 grams grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. smoked Spanish paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- lemon wedges, to serve, optional (Neither one of us has used them yet)

- 2 2 12 lbs. split chicken wings (which is about 12 wings/24 pieces)
