Ham Casserole

Mix together ingredients. Bake in buttered casserole, covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
- 2 cups noodles, cooked until tender
- 1/2 lb feftover ham cut in bite size pieces
- 1/2 lb sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 can either cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup, thinned with 1/4 cup milk
- Bread crumbs and butter for topping

- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 pint mixed baby heirloom tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 head frisée, coarsely chopped
- 8 ounces cooked or canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp. hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
