Chicken Casserole

Season chicken with celery, onion, seasoning slat, black pepper, & garlic
- 2.5-3 lbs or 8-10 chicken breast
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/4-1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp + poppy seeds
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 - 2 sleeves ritz crackers; crushed
- 1 1/2 stick margarine; melted
Magic Cookie Bars

HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Sausage Casserole

Cook macaroni and drain. Brown sausage and drain
- 1 10 oz. bag of elbow macaroni; cooked & drained
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup stripped & chopped green peppers
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese; shredded
Ham It up Crescent Rolls

1 Preheat oven to 375°F. 2 Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles
- 1 (8 ounce) can Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
- 4 thin slices ham (4x7 inch)
- 4 teaspoons pure prepared mustard
- 4 oz (1 cup) shreddedswiss cheese or cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Almond Ham Rollups

Combine all ingredients except ham, stirring until blended
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped almonds, toasted
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced boiled ham
Peanut Butter Cups

Stir together peanut butter, 1/2 cup melted margarine and sifted powdered sugar
- 2 cups chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 3/4 powdered sugar
- melted almond bark
Strawberry Brownie Torte

HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray two 9-inch round layer cake pans with no-stick cooking spray
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1 (19.5 oz.) package Pillsbury® Classic Traditional Fudge Brownie
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (4-serving size) package instant vanilla flavor pudding mix
- 1 (4 oz.) container (1 3/4 cups) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 quart (about 1 1/2 lbs.) fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled and halved
- Smucker's® Chocolate Sundae Syrups Ice Cream Topping

- 2 qts apple juice
- 40 oz pineapple juice
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-2 cinnamon sticks + ground cinnamon
- 6 -12 whole cloves
- 8 or 9 swipes fresh ground nutmeg
Smoky Turkey Shepherd's Pie

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil, salt it, and cook the potatoes until tender, 12 to 15 minutes
- 3 large Idaho potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Coarse salt
- 2 tablespoons EVOO - extra-virgin olive oil - 2 turns of the pan
- 1/4 pound smoky bacon or turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 1/3 pound ground turkey breast
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, available in small cans on spice aisle of market
- (You may substitute 1 1/2 teaspoons each sweet paprika and cumin combined)
- Coarse black pepper
- 2 tablespoons, 5 or 6 sprigs, fresh thyme leaves
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 3 ribs celery from the heart, chopped
- 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream, divided
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 10 to 12 blades fresh chives, chopped or snipped
Chicken and Rice Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 (14 1/2-ounce) can green beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 medium onion, diced and sauteed
- 1 (8-ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1 (4-ounce) can pimentos, drained
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (6-ounce) box long-grain and wild rice, cooked according to package directions
- 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar
- Pinch salt
