Overnight Coffee Cake

Grease (not oil) and flour bottom only of a 13x9 pan
- 2 cups plain unbleached four
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- Topping
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp nutmeg (optional)
Candy Bar Apple Salad

In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes
- 1-1/2 cups cold 2% milk
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 4 large apples, chopped (about 6 cups)
- 4 Snickers candy bars (2.07 ounces each), cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Taco Chili

1.In a 1-quart wide mouth jar, layer kidney beans and pinto beans
- Mix:
- 1 cup dried kidney beans
- 1/2 cup dried pinto beans
- 1 (1.25-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (1-ounce) package buttermilk salad dressing mix
- 3 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 cups corn or tortilla chips
- Chili:
- 1 jar Taco Chili Mix
- 4 cups water
- 1 (1 13/4-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 (16-ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
Banana Bread

Cream butter; add sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups sifted all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp soda
- 1 1/8 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
- 1 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Lemon Bars

Grease 9x13 pan. Mix melted butter, cake mix and egg
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
Peanut Butter Chocolate Layer Bars

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan
- 2 cups (about 20) crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 1 1/4 cups lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 can (14 oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
BBQ Pineapple Pulled Pork

- one 4 - 6 pound pork loin
- all purpose seasoning
- one bottle of barbecue sauce
- one 15 ounce can of diced pineapples, undrained
CHICKEN CASSEROLE

BOIL CHICKEN BREASTS WITH A LITTLE GARLIC AND ONION POWDER UNTIL DONE
- 3-4 BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREASTS
- 2 CANS CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
- 8 OZ SOUR CREAM
- 1/2 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
- 1 STICK BUTTER
- 1 OR 1 1/2 SLEEVES RITZ CRACKERS
Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Mix soup, milk, sour cream, and chilies
- 10 flour tortillas
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 to 1 cup milk
- 4 or 5 chicken breast boiled, deboned, cut into pieces
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 small cans diced green chilies
- 2 8 oz pkg cheddar cheese grated
Pecan-Streusel Coffee Cake

- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 (27 1/4 oz) pkg cinnamon streusel cake mix
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
