- 1 box jumbo shell macaroni
- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 32 oz pasta sauce

Nada's Meatloaf

Mix all ingredients except ketchup together and put in pan
- 1 lb gr. beef
- 1/3 of an onion, chopped very fine and fried
- 1 clove garlic, crushed and fried but not browned
- paprika
- salt and pepper to taste

- 1/4 c Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 c oatmeal (processed in food processor)

Use a cast iron skillet, a wooden spoon and AA butter
- 2 cubes butter (must be AA grade. Lesser grades of butter have water in them and the
- candy will separate.)
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 T. water
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2-3 cups of chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups roasted salted almonds, chopped

Preheat oven to 350F. Put bread in a bowl with milk and sour cream
- Pudding:
- 1 loaf white or French bread (3 cups 3/4" cubes)
- 1-2 c milk (until very mushy)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 carton sour cream (8oz.)
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1 T vanilla
- 1/2 cup white raisins
- Sauce:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1/3 c bourbon
