Precook crust at 450 degrees for 7-8 minutes
- 3 eggs
- evaporated milk
- 1/4 t salt
- pepper
- nutmeg to taste
- butter
- Crab
- Basic mix plus green onions
- Swiss cheese
- 1 can crabmeat, drained
Dressings: Vinaigrette

Mash garlic and add salt. Remove to small jar
- 1 small garlic, peeled
- 2/3 pinches salt
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup red wine vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 t Dijon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup oil
