  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 4 t lemon juice
  • 2 T chopped parsley

  • 2 T dried onion flakes (optional) (X 6)
  • 1 t basil leaves (2T)
  • 1 t thyme leaves (2T)
  • 1/2 t pepper (3 t)
  • OR Per serving
  • 1/3 dry milk
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 1 bouillon cube
  • shake of basil, thyme and pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups water or broth

1 Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a miniature food processor or a blender and blend until the dressing i

  • 1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • juice of half of lemon
  • 1 T red wine vinegar
  • 2 T water
  • 1 t mustard (I use whole grain but Dijon works well too)
  • 2 T finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 t dried basil
  • 1/4 t dried thyme
  • 1/4 t kosher salt
  • 1/4 t freshly ground pepper
  • Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1 T garlic salt
  • 1 T onion powder
  • 1 T white sugar
  • 2 T dried oregano
  • 1 t ground black pepper
  • 1/4 t dried thyme
  • 1 t dried basil
  • 1 T dried parsley
  • 1/4 t celery salt
  • 2 T salt
  • Perfect Homemade Italian Dressing
  • 1 cup of the vinegar (any type is fine, whether ACV, wine vinegar, rice vinegar, etc)
  • 1 1/4 cup of olive oil or other oil (I usually do half olive oil, half cheaper oil)
  • 2 T of water
  • 1/2 T garlic powder
  • 1/2 T onion powder
  • 1/2 T honey, white sugar or sucanat
  • 1 T dried oregano
  • 1/2 t ground black pepper
  • 1/4 t dried thyme
  • 1/2 t dried basil
  • 1/2 T dried parsley
  • 1 T salt
