Good Ole Fashioned Creamed Chicken

In a large pot over medium high heat, melt butter
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- 4 cups cooked, shredded chicken- about 3-4 chicken breast halves
- fresh thyme leaves from one sprig, or 2 pinches ground thyme
- salt and pepper to taste

- 11 Large Marshmellows
- 1/3 Cup milk
- 1 Piece 3oz milk chocolate candy bar, chopped
- 1 Container 8oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 Graham cracker crust 10 inches
- 1 Can 21oz cherry pie filling
Creamy Mashed Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 sticks butter, softened, plus more for pan
- 5 pounds russet or Yukon gold potatoes
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Stuffed Bell Peppers

Fill pot with water and bring to a boil
- 6 Bell Peppers Green and Red
- 1/2 Lb. Lean ground beef
- 1/2 Lb. Italian sweet sausage
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 cup cooked Rice
- 1 TB.Italian Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 ) can Italian style tomatoes
- 1 ) small can mushrooms ( drained).
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar/jack cheese
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce

- 1 gal cider vinegar
- 28 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup salt
- 1 cup onion powder
- 1 cup garlic powder
- 1 cup celery seed
- 1/2 cup black pepper
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1 cup lard
- 4 cups pickling spices
- Recipe needs to be cut!***
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 3 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons celery seed
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons lard
- 1/4 cup pickling spices
- Place lard (not shortening) in a pot. Add sugar and then other ingredients. Cook over a low flame stirring occasionally until sauce reaches the desired consistency.

- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup blackberry jam
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- Sliced scallions, for garnish
