Heat oven to 350F. Beat together eggs and milk
- 5 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1-2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup shredded hash browns, thawed
- Paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp. Greek seasoning or Pasta Sprinkle
- 4 slices bacon cooked crisp, crumbled (optional) OR
- 1/4 cup cooked ham, chopped fine (optional)
Lemon Poppyseed Blueberry Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines Bakery Style Blueberry muffin mix (with crumb topping)
- 2 Tbls poppyseeds
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbls grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbls lemon juice
Slow Cooker Shredded Chicken Taco Meat

In a 3-4 qt slow cooker, mix tomatoes and chilies, water and taco seasoning
- 2 - 2-1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 - 15 oz can diced tomatoes and chilies
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbls. Penzeys Chicken Taco Seasoning (or taco seasoning of your choice)
Aloha Pizza

- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon EVOO
