Tortilla Cups with Yogurt and Fresh Fruit

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 6 flour tortillas (6-inch)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons light-brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups fruit, such as berries or sliced nectarines, peaches, or plums
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temp.
- 1 cup (packed) gold. brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbls. vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups dried cranberries (6 oz)*

- 4 oz. bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped

- 1 - 15 oz. can chunk pineapple
- 2 – 11 oz. cans mandarin oranges
- 2 cups red seedless grapes
- 1/2 pkg. fudge stripe cookies, broken (or 1/2 bag mini fudge strip cookies)

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (or cutlets)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbls. water
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan, plus more for sprinkling
- 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
- 1 Tbls. Penzey’s Italian Seasoning or Pasta Sprinkle
- 1 – 8 oz ball fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese, or about 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 jar of your favorite marinara sauce
