Creamy Orange Shake

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup orange sherbet
- 3 Tbls orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup milk
Lemon Sorbet with Prosecco

Scoop 1/4 cup sorbet into each of 4 glasses
- 1 pint lemon sorbet
- 1 bottle (750 ml) Prosecco or other sparkling white wine
Pepperoni Pizza Puffs

Make ahead: Freeze the baked puffs in a single layer on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer bag
- 3/4 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 4 ounces cheese, shredded (about 1 cup)
- 4 ounces pepperoni, cut into small cubes (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup store-bought pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
Chai Spice Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350F (or whatever the cake mix calls for)
- 1 two-layer white cake mix
- 3 egg whites
- 1-1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1/3 cup cooking oil
- 1-1/2 tsp. chai spice blend (or 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice + 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom)
Toast with Ricotta & Grapes

- 4 slices country bread, toasted
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup seedless green grapes
- 1 Tbls honey
Watermelon Mojitos

- 1/2 small seedless watermelon, cut into chunks
- 1 bunch mint, tough stems removed, 6 sprigs reserved for serving
- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 1/4 cups white rum
Bacon Cheese Biscuit Bites

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1 2% 2% milk
- 1/3 cup real bacon bits
- 1/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 large plum tomato, seeded and finely chopped, divided
- 1 tube (10.2 ounces) large refrigerated flaky biscuits
Slow Cooker BBQ Pork

Place roast in lightly greased 6 qt slow cooker; pour bbq sauce and cola over roast
- 1 - 3 -4 lb boneless pork shoulder roast (Boston butt), trimmed
- 1 - 18 oz. bottle BBQ sauce
- 1 - 12 oz. can cola
Chesapeake Bay Snack Mix

Preheat oven to 250 degrees
- 6 cups crisp corn, rice cereal, such as Crispix or Chex
- 3 cups thin pretzel sticks
- 3 cups oyster crackers
- 2 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons hot-pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
Marinated Mozzarella

Arrange mozzarella slices on a serving platter
- 1 lb. fresh mozzarella, cut into 1/4 inch slices (or whole bocconcini)
- 3 Tbls. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
- 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- Coarse salt & pepper, to taste
- Olives, crackers, bread, and sliced cured meats – for serving
