Black Beans (Using a 6 quart Pressure Cooker

1) Rinse beans thoroughly and remove any debris and broken beans
- 1 pound of black beans
- 10 cups of water (or fill pressure cooker 3/4 full)
- 1 large green pepper, cored, seeded and halved
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro/parsley
- 2 tablespoons of cumin powder
- 2 packets of sazon goya

- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb farro (2 1/2 cups) soaked in water to cover for 2 to 3 hours. then drained
