- 1/2 Cup Butter
- ]3/4 Cup Fruit (raspberrys and blackberrys)
- 1/4 Cup Port Wine
- 1 Cup and 1 Tsp Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- \1 Cup Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
Zucchini Provencale

- 4 Medium Cucchini - Sliced
- 2 Ripe Tomatoes cut into wedges
- 1/2 C Chopped Onion
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Power
- 1 Tbls Water or Lemon Juice
Chicen and Sweet Onion Sandwichs

1.In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 4 kaiser rolls, split and toasted
- Grated peel of 1/2 lemon plus 1 tablespoon lemon juice
