In large saucepan, combinee whipping cream, Karo syrup and sugar
- 1 Pt. Whipping Creaqm
- 2 C. Blue Label Karo Syrup
- 2 C. Sugar
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
- Chopped Walnuts (Optional)
Popeye's Honey Pecan Chicken Salad

Combine the mayonnaise, relish, onion, honey, sugar, salt and white pepper in a bowl and mix well
- 1 C. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbls Minced Onion
- 1-1/2 Tbls Siugar
- 1/4 Tsp White P_epper
- 1/2 C. Relish
- 1 Tbls Honey
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 3/4 C. Chopped Celery
- 3/4 C. Toasted Pecans, Coarsly Chopped
- 1-1/2 Pounds Chopped, Cooked Chicken (4 C.)
Steak Sandwich...Knife and Fork Required

- 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted, kept chilled (recommended brand: Pepperidge Farm puff pastry sheets, 1 box comes with 2 sheets 9 1/2 by 9 1/2 inches)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 to 2 pounds beef skirt steaks
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus some for drizzling
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 springs rosemary, leaves removed and finely chopped
- 1 small bunch thin asparagus
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 large bunch arugula, trimmed of stems, cleaned and roughly chopped
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, eyeball it
Ripe Tomatoe Relish

Put Tomatoes, onions, and peppers thouroughly chopped in a large pot
- In a bag:
- 12 Cups Ripe Tomatoes
- 6 Cups Onions
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 3 Cups Sugar
- 2 Red Peppers
- 2 Green Peppers
- 4 Cups Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Ginger
- 2 Tsp Cloves
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tsp Nutmeg
Pears and Pecans Salad

Prepare dressing - Wisk vinager, mustard, salt and pepper, then wisk in oil until well blended
- 3 Tbls Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 C Olive Oil
- 3 Ripe Pears-peeled, cored and cut into 16 wedges
- 1 Wedge Parmesean Cheese
- 2 Small heads Ridiccio (cored & Torn)
- 2 Small Heads Belgian Endive
- 2 Small Heads Arugula
- 1/2 C Pecans (Toasted and Chopped)
Fabulous Roquefort Dressing

Blend Cheese, Mayonnaise, chives and seasonings
- 3 oz. Roquefort Cheese - Crumbled
- 2 C. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbls Chopped Chives
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Worchestershire
- 1 C. Sour Creme
- 1/2 C. Buttermilk
Congo Squares

Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt - Melt shortening and add brown sugar
- 2 3/4 C sifted Flour
- 2 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 3/4 C Shortening
- 1 Pkg Brown Sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 C Nuts broken up
- 1 Pkg Chocolate Chips
Thick Pork Chops with Spiced Apples and Raisins

- 1 gallon water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sea salt
- 1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
- 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 4 double-cut bone-in loin pork chops, 1 pound each
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and sliced in 1/2-inch-thick wedges
- Leaves from 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- Pinch dry mustard
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 lemon
BBQ Sauce

Mix all ingredients together
- 4 Tbls Brown Sugar
- 2 Tsp Paprikia
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Cayene Pepper
- 4 Tbls Worshchester
- 1/2 C Viniger
- 2 C Tomato Juice
- 1/2 C Catsup
- 1 C Water
Spaghetti

Brown Hambuger and Onion, season the meat with onion salt, garlic salt, pepper and garlic powder
- 1 - 1 1/2 Lbs Hamburger
- 2 sm. Cans Tomatoe Sauce
- 8 oz sliced Fresh Mushrooms
- 1 Onion - Sliced
- 1 can Stewed Tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning
- Onion Salt
- Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Pepper
