Healthy 5-Ingredient Granola Bars

1. Process dates in a food processor until small bits remain 2
- 1 cup packed dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 cup roasted unsalted almonds, loosely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- optional additions: chocolate chips, dried fruit nuts or banana chips, vanilla

- 6 Tbsp dark rum
- 2-10 oz pkgs frozen raspberries in syrup thawed
- 2-3 Tbsp grand marnier liqour
- 1/4 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Vegetable oil
- 3 cups whole roasted unsalted cashews(14 ounces)
- 2 cups whole pecan halves(7 ounces)
- 3 whole almonds(3 ounces)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
- 3 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tsp ground chipotle powder
- 4 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary leaves
- Kosher salt
