Earls Warm potatoe salad

Preheat oven to 425. Dice potatoes in salad size pieces
- 3 -4 lbs baby potatoes
- 2 cups corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 2 red onion, medium dice
- 3 -5 garlic cloves, lightly smashed
- 1 2 lb bacon, crumbled
- 1 4 - 1 3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 3 cup sour cream
- 1 3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon dill
- salt
- fresh pepper
- olive oil

- 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pkg. of jello ( prefer raspberry)
Red Velvet Cake

Preheat oven to 350* Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 sticks of butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 2 oz red food colouring
- 2 1/2 cups flour (cake flour)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Amish Broccoli Salad

Mix together and Chill
- 1 head broccoli, chopped
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Puffed Wheat Squares

Melt first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup Rogers golden syrup
- 4 heaping tbsp cocoa
- 2 cup brown sugar
- puffed Wheat as needed
Magic Cookie Squares

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup graham crumbs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 1 cup nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Multi-grain Bread

Mix and knead for 10 minutes Let rise 30 minutes, punch down and let rise again
- 5 cups warm water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup gluten flour
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup millet
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup flax
- 4-5 course ground wheat flour
- 5-6 cup unbleached flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp yeast ( add to first cup of flour)
Spinach and Strawberry Salad

- 2 bags of spinach
- strawberries
- Dressing
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp minced onion (dehydrated)
MOM'S Vegetable Dill Dip

Mix well and chill the day before needed
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp dry parsley
- 1 tsp beaumond
- 1 tsp dill weed
- grated onion or chives
- dash of garlic powder.
Chocolate MUG cake

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 3 Tbsp oil
- small splash of vanilla
- 1 large coffee mug
- 3 Tbsp chocolate chips
