- 2/3 cup butterscotch chips (we don't add this)

- 1 lb pork hocks
- 8 cups water
- 1 pkg (450g) yellow split peas
- 3 leaks
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 cup celery tops
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
ZACH's Argentine Dish

Brown hamburger meat in oil, Add 2/3 cup of red hot sauce, simmer until 1/2 cooked and add 2/3 cup more hot sauce

- hamburger meat ( 1/2 of large costco pkg)
- salt to taste
- 1 1/3 cup Red hot sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce
- 2 red peppers
- 2 green peppers
- 1 pkg. snow peas
- 1/2 onion
- 4 potatoes
- 4 cups cooked penne noodles
Baked Potato Soup

Bake well washed potatoes on baking sheet for 1-2 hours @ 350*
- 4 medium Potatos
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup bacon crumbled
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- Garnish

FROZEN Strawberry Crunch Cake

Put the Nature Valley granola bars in a food processor and process until you achieve a course crumb
- 1 box Nature Valley Granola Bars
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 lemon
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups freshly chopped strawberries
Orange Sherbet Dessert

Beat the whipping cream with the sugar and vanilla until fairly stiff
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 11 oz. box Nilla Wafers, finely crushed
- 1.5 quart sherbet, softened

- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup margarine, melted

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Fine Cut Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese or Sargento® Fine Cut Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt or powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
