Place raw broccolo in 9x13 Combine eggs, mayo soup and cheese
- 2 heads of broccoli sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cheese whiz
- 1 pkg stove top
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Swig Sugar Cookie

1. Cream together Butter, Vegetable Oil, Sugars, Water, and Eggs
- 1 C Butter (room temperature)
- 3/4 C Vegetable Oil
- 1 1/4 C Sugar
- 3/4 C Powdered Sugar
- 2 T Water
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 t Baking Soda
- 1/2 t Cream of Tarter
- 1 t Salt
- 5 1/2 C Flour
Asian Salad Dressing

- 1/3 cup rice vinegar

- 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Golden Mushroom Stew

- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 5 chopped potatoes
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup
Tomato Basil Pasta

1 POT COOKING
- 12 oz Pasta (Linguine)
- 1 can (15 oz) dices tomatoes with liquid (Zest Red Pepper Flavour suggested)
- 1 large sweet onion--cut in julienne strips
- 4 cloves garlic--thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp Dried oregano leaves
- 2 large sprigs of Basil--chopped
- 4 1/2 cups of Veg broth
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Parmesan for garnish
Poppy Seed Lemon Bundt Cake

Mix by hand for 4 minutes Bake @ 350* Greased Bundt pan 50 minutes Remove and cool on rake top with a lemon icin
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. lemon instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
Chicken Fingers
