- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten

- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry preserves
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
