Sweet-Potato Bacon Hash

Heat a large saute pan on medium-high heat
- 1/2 cup small bacon pieces
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 2 cups sweet potato, peeled and diced small
- 1 cup Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced small
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup small pieces of smoked ham
- 1 tablespoon sage chiffonade
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 bottle Prosecco
- 2 ounces cherry herring
- 4 ounces peach puree
- 1 cup peaches, diced small and frozen (about 4 peaches)

- 3/4 cup arborio rice
- 1/3 cup dry white vermouth
- 1 3/4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
- 1 Tbs. dried chopped onion
- 1 2/3 cups frozen sliced okra, thawed
- 1/2 cup drained, diced canned tomatoes
Parsnip Home Fries

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large parsnips, cut into small dice (about 2 cups diced)
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Scrub, then bake potatoes in the oven at approximately 400 degrees for about an hour
- 6 medium to large red potatoes (First scrubbed and baked in skins at approx 400 degrees for 1 hour, then diced into one-inch cubes)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound sliced bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
- 24 ounces light sour cream
- 8 ounces mozarella cheese (shredded)
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 ounces canned green chiles (diced)
- 4 scallions (sliced)
White Chocolate Party Mix Recipe

In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients; set aside
- 5 cups Cheerios-fruit looks nice
- 5 cups Corn Chex
- 2 cups salted peanuts
- 1 pound chocolate M&M's
- 1 package (10 ounces) mini pretzels
- 2 packages (12 ounces each) white baking chips
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
Peach Cobbler

Vanilla ice cream or fresh whipped cream, for serving Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- Fruit:
- Butter, for greasing baking dish
- 3 pounds frozen peaches
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (note: we did not do this in the show, but it is necessary)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Topping:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 heaping tablespoons sugar, plus extra for sprinkling over the top
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons butter

- 3/4 cup whole milk

Make mashed pots. Preheat oven to 375 and lightly spray oven proof skillet
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped celery
- 2 TBSP chopped carrots and red pep
- 2 gloves garlic
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup vege stock
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 1/2 cup crumbles
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 TBSP cornstarch

Blueberries and Cream Pops

- 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, pureed
