Black Bean Salad

In a bowl, add diced peppers, onion, corn, garlic and cilantro, tossing to combine
- 1 can black beans (drained - approx 15oz can)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup red onion (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 can corn (drained - approx 15oz can)
- 1 teaspoon cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 head lettuce (or1 bag lettuce leaves)
- 1 dash salt & pepper (or to taste)
- 1 bag tortilla chips
